The small jailhouse nestled in the midst of a former mining town boasts of being the home of the "Molly Mcguire" hangings. The "Mollys" were a group of miners who would sabatoge thier own mines in order to force the mine owner to negotiate for more humane working conditions. Once the group was infiltrated by spys, several sabateurs were identified, tried and hung.
